Jacob McLean is the principal consultant of KTMC.

With a career spanning over 40 years, Jacob has worked at several well-known companies including the Jamaican based operations of Kaiser Aluminum Corporation and Red Stripe (a brewery located in Jamaica that is currently owned by Heineken International).

He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), a Certified Instructional Trainer (CIT), and a Construction Health and Safety Technician with the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) and multiple credentials with the Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB).

Jacob also received specialized training in Safety and Risk Management, is a member of the American Society for Safety Professionals and holds a MS degree in Occupational Health and Safety (Environmental Management Concentration) from Columbia Southern University and a MBA from Barry University.
