KAIZEN (Ky’zen) Training and Management Consultants Limited is a private company that was incorporated in Jamaica in 1994. The KAIZEN philosophy implies that the way we do business, our social and family life, need to be constantly reviewed and improved; the concept expresses continual improvement. Breakthroughs occur quite often in the human experience, whether manifested in the development of new products and services, advances in the way we relate to each other in organizations and society in general or in the family. They rarely come about effortlessly however; they are more often than not the result of a constant search for new ways of doing things, which result in marvelous inventions whether of tangible products or intangible services. Underlying this constant and timeless quest for improvement is KAIZEN.
